The Mouth Of The Chattering Burn – Aberlour’s oldest ever release, a remarkable 53 year old
Single Malt whisky distilled in 1967. Housed in a 1.5-litre handblown magnum decanter, this piece is the result of a collaboration between Swedish master glassblower Micke Johansson, master mould-maker Gunnar Englund, and glass artist Simon Holm, who created the intricate, flowing carvings on the surface of the glass. The decanter rests on a bespoke presentation display made from the original hand-carved tree mould used in its creation – a true on-of-a-kind.
